About Merry Den Care 

 

 

Merry Den Care's ethos is for our service users to be as independent as possible either in the comfort of their own home, in supported living accommodation or a residential care home. We will endeavour to assist each individual through ongoing person-centred planning and multi-agency working to achieve the service user’s objectives.

 

How do we do this?

  • Promoting independence and self determination

  • Enhancing living skills within the context of the home and community in which the service users live

  • Respecting ethnic and cultural differences

  • Through the role of the support carer, offering practical and personal support

 

 Day Out with Merry Den Care 

 

By keeping our community small, we have the time and expertise to fully focus on our residents and the people we support in the community and we work across multiple agencies to monitor a person’s development during their time with us. Through rigid regulation and stringent assessment processes, we are able to deliver results and achieve the required outcomes.
