Merry Den Care we believe that every individual, regardless of ability, has rights which enable them to grow and develop to their own maximum potential. These rights are at the very core of our ethos, ensuring an environment where people are valued and where individual choice is respected in all matters.
The fundamental principle of caring for people is to identify and meet their needs. This we achieve by enhancing living skills within the context of the community in which they live and by joining in leisure and social activities.
All staff are appropriately trained to deliver the highest standards of care. A continuous training programme for staff is implemented to ensure that optimum standards are maintained in line with latest developments in care practices, implemented through Legislation, Regulations and the Commission for social care inspectorate.
We will strive to maintain the dignity, individuality and privacy of every service user within a warm, caring atmosphere, always sensitive to changing needs. This will be achieved by following National Care Standards Act 2000.
