This we achieve by enhancing living skills within the context of the community in which they live and by joining in leisure and social activities. A continuous training programme for staff is implemented to ensure that optimum standards are maintained in line with latest developments in care practices, implemented through Legislation, Regulations and the Commission for social care inspectorate.
