We can support and care for individuals with a range of differing needs from the ages of eighteen to sixty five years, this includes: · Epilepsy · Autistic tendencies · Communication difficulties · Incontinence · Difficulties with food intake · Behaviour difficulties We cannot however meet the needs of individuals who have challenging behaviour. We define challenging behaviour as threatening or physical aggression to others, deliberate damage to the home. causing harm to others and the environment. It is our policy to utilise as much of the local facilities as possible, therefore offer our service users the support to: Use the local shops, buses, restaurants, public houses, hairdressers, local clubs, education centres, cinema etc. If they cannot visit these facilities, we endeavour for the facility to visit them I.e chiropodists
